I am a romantic and I'm very passionate about a great many things. I want the fairy tale as they say, but I'm a realist too and I know that the fairy tale isn't possible, but I believe you can get darn close! It takes passion, work and commitment just like all worthwhile endeavors. I love to explore new places. learn new things, I love a challenge and good conversation... talk to me! Laughing, smiling, and fishing are my favorite pastimes. I surround myself with happy people. In a relationship, it's the little things... like loving glances, notes for no reason other than to show we care, times where we just stop and find ourselves in a passionate moment, hand holding, and random "I love you" texts.

I am honest to a fault and tend to be direct in most situations. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I care deeply about my loved ones.

Honesty, character, integrity, passion, romance, and a great sense of humor are the things that I look for as well as someone that doesn't have to be entertained 24/7 and can enjoy a night in as easily as out. Someone who isn't a slave to the TV, (DVR's are great). Someone who is monogamous, period! I tend to get along well with younger men or men that are young at heart. I'm not knitting yet! I still love to live life and I'm just not ready to sit and watch it pass me by. I'm an easy going person who is very easy to talk to. People tend to open up to me. Taking a deep breath here...

You know when you go to a car lot to buy something and you get the pushy salesman with the over the top attitude and he just pushes and acts all too familiar with you and he keeps the pressure on until you just can't deal with it and you either walk off or you give in and buy something that you weren't even sure if you wanted simply because you felt pressured? Well... I'm the type of girl who won't give in and buy it, but rather will move on quietly, looking for the salesman who is no-pressure, easy-going, sweet, funny, gives me time, allows for space, treats me with respect, and when I'm ready he is there for me. He's the one that I will return the favor for and will rave about him to his boss and will return out of loyalty.

I guess what I am saying is, after some time here, I have had heavy hits where someone is forcing a situation and I'm looking for a "comfortable fit", no need to force or "will" something into existence... it will just happen!

I'm supportive, loving, loyal, and devoted and go above and beyond for those I care about. I dislike games and do not play them.

Friendship first... no starting in the middle, that doesn't work. I'm NOT here for a quick "hook-up" or cyber anything so if that is all you are interested in, do not waste your time or mine.

I've no intention of hurting anyone. I'm just not capable of it. People's hearts, hopes, and dreams are safe with me. I value trust and would do nothing to dash someone's trust in me. It's a precious thing. I am very intuitive and go with my "gut" feelings and if I sense something is off or disingenuous I will politely move on. I prefer to get to know people better by phone rather than messages here as a person's tone can give a single sentence a variety of meanings. Hearing the other person's voice is much better and you can learn so much more.
