A little about me ...
Life is good. I have plenty to be grateful for, and with a few exceptions, each day/month/year seems to get a little better. Optimism seems to be the catchword here. My two children, all grown up and educated married. My job is satisfying/usually fun, and allows for occasional international travel. The charming old house is frequently filled with neighbors and friends. The passport is always at hand and ready to go.

And like most of you out there, just looking for that someone special to share it with. Don't always understand what brings two people together, but understand when it is right.
You will find me a good communicator/listener, compassionate, low-maintenance, decent person. Believe honesty is the best policy. And I will make you laugh and will keep you on your toes.
Hmm, what else - I consider myself a gentleman .... learned from my dad how to be a gentleman and how to treat a lady. Common courtesy doesn’t cost a penny.
I've been fortunate to have lived in and traveled to many different places - bits of Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and most of South America. Lived in Brazil as a kid. So much more to see and do. And plenty here in the States, too.

I am energetic and optimistic. I enjoy conversation, walking, dinner, moviies, music, travel. I'm a good cook. I sing and play music. I'm a boater, a snow and water skier. I like road trips or flying to the sunshine. I love Disneyland and the ocean. I will dance (not something I would just go and do by myself) and love to go out and listen to music. I like board games, gardening, learning new things and I'm open minded. I'm nice!

I'm not in a hurry but want to be in a relationship when it's rght.
