I Would Describe Myself As

I'm a single mom of an eight year old. I'm originally from New York and I moved here to Las Vegas in 1989 with my family. I'm working on writing a few books, hoping to one day become a published author. You would think I'd be great with words... Well, let me give it a shot.

I love music, mostly rock. Being raised in the 80's I am an 80's music girl, but I also like a lot of the new stuff that has come out. The only thing I have no tolerance for is rap. I love movies, sci-fi, horror, comedy, drama, action. I also love to read, mainly sci-fi and fiction books. My daughter plays the biggest role in my life, my job running a close second, but mainly because I work full time and it just seems like I am always there. Family is the highest thing on my list of priorities, this includes my close friends, to me they are a part of my family. I would do anything for someone I care about, short of bending time and space. If it was possible, I would do that too. And I love animals :)

The guy I would date would have to be someone who could accept me for who I am, and have similar music interests. I love music, I listen to it every day. He would also have to be intelligent and able to carry his own weight in a conversation, and he would have to be unafraid of asking for what he wants from me. I tend to be shy at first, and have many shy tendencies but as time goes on and I get to know someone better that is something that passes. I'm looking for that connection, that spark that when you meet someone you can't get them out of your thoughts.
