Wanted: More than a Fling.

Oh where to even begin? I'm a cowgirl at heart, even though I don't have much of a chance to show it here in the city. I can be a little out there at times, but I kind of like it out there. Great scenery. I like variety in my life. I have a lot of different interests and I do like to run around and go places and do stuff and see things...but I'm also content relaxing at home on the couch with popcorn and a good movie. I'm a pretty happy person all around, and I like being a little crazy sometimes.

I love country music and southern rock, but my musical tastes are about as varied as Oklahoma weather. I love to dance, despite the fact that I kind of suck at it. That small detail has never stopped me or my friends from pulling some seriously messed up moves on the dance floor. I really like to cook, and I'm not half bad at it. I make one heck of a key lime pie, if I do say so myself. I drive a huge diesel truck and I love it. I have a classic car obsession, and it takes a lot to pry me away from the live broadcast of the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction.

I'm a bar fly, I have an addiction to meeting strange and fascinating people, and bars are the perfect setting for it. Where else can you get dinner, booze, a comedy show, and the occasional live boxing match all in one convenient venue?

As far as what I'm looking for? Well...I want someone I can talk openly with and who'll be honest in return. I look for a great personality, intelligence, humor, and compassion. It's nice to have a little physical chemistry, but for me it's more about connecting on an emotional level. I just want a nice guy with an open mind who doesn't mind spending rainy days in bed and who might remember to open the door for me every now and then.

Honestly, I really don't care. Anything from going to a concert or to the bar or just hanging out on a couch is fine with me. Mudding, fishing, four-wheeling, whatever. I'm game. Taking me to a science museum on the first date is akin to a marriage proposal, just so you're warned.

I'm a lowly undergrad student at the Univ. of Central Oklahoma, majoring in Biology. Biology and Veterinary Medicine are my life and I love what I do. I've had my mind and heart set on it for years, and it makes me happy, so that's what I'm going for.
