Going to the zoo or aquarium, someplace where you can talk and get to know one another, but also have something there to insprire some great converastion. Going to dinner can be nice too, I just dont think that you should go to see a movie on the first date...how are you going to talk to your date and really get to know them?

I have been wanting to try and take a painting class recently. It looks like a lot of fun and who doesnt like getting their hands dirty? haha. Oh yea, and I've always wanted to go swimming with dolphins. haha

I am looking for someone that is trustworthy, fun, funny, and family oriented. I want to be able to have good conversation and talk about a wide variety of topics.
I am an independent woman, I can take of myself, but I want someone to come in and want to take care of me. Opening doors, holding my hand, taking me out, and letting me hold the remote contol once in awhile (haha) are all things that have become more important to me now that I am almost 30.
I am most often attracted to black and hispanic men, I am not saying that I wont date a white guy, I just think black men are very sexy. Also, being 5'11" myself, I would like a man that is AT LEAST as tall as I am, and deff not skinny. I want to feel safe and protected in your arms...
