Hi there. Thanks for checking out my profile. I've been a registered nurse for 7 years and love it. It makes me very happy to make others feel better and I consider nursing as hard but very satisfying work. I'm close with my family and am lucky that they all live nearby. My sister, mom and I spend the most time together but my brother and his wife are both deployed right now so I haven't seen them in a few months. I'm looking forward to their return next month. I have a 2 year old dog who is high energy and a lot of fun. She's a great companion. I love lots of different outdoor activities like hiking, swimming (in the ocean), camping, trips to the desert, traveling (went to Hawaii for the first time 2 months ago) and skiing. Recently my weekends have included mostly studying for my baccalaureate in nursing. But I most confess, I prefer a backyard barbeque with good friends and a cold beer over my health assessment textbook. Would love to hear from you.
