I Would Describe Myself As

Hi, bear with me while I try to tell you about myself without being too corny or sounding like every other match you have seen.
First, I'm 29. I'm a t-shirt and jeans kinda girl who just goes with the flow, but I can also dress up for any occasion. My friends would say I am funny and can be the life of the party.
I love my job. I am an Occupational Therapist who works with children with special needs. I definitely want kids of mine own one day. I am very open minded and enjoy debating the positive and negatives of life. I don’t believe in black and white answers, life is full of grey and you need an open mind, or you will go crazy trying to fit everything into a box.
I have a dark sense of humor sometimes and can be sarcastic at times. So my friends need to know how to take a joke. I can be serious or care free. I love animals of all kinds and my match "must love dogs" also.
I need someone who is going to love me as much as I love them and is not scared to show it. I will give as much respect as I receive. I learned a long time ago that there is no such thing as a true 50/50 relationship. It is constantly changing depending on situations and circumstances, just like us and our lives. But I do believe in doing your part and being sure you communicate your needs and expectations.
I need a guy who is not scared of a strong woman, but who can also take care of me when I need it. (I don't mean financially, I can find that anywhere) I don't expect a guy to know what to do or how to respond all the time, but he must be able to learn as we go. I don’t play games and read into every word you say, so if you want to say something then say it. Every woman is different and if you think there is a formula you can follow then you are wrong. I want someone who can be a little old fashion. Finding a man to meet expectations is a balancing act, and you always have to give a little and take a little. I understand that, I don’t have unrealistic expectations.
If a man has kids that is totally ok. I work with kids, so of course I love them. And like I said, I want a child of my own one day.
