I am an open minded lady, recently relocated to the Triad/Piedmont region in NC. Currently I work in education, I moved here for my dream job. Originally from the Metro Detroit area, I am interested in meeting companions or possibly more who have interests as wide ranging as my own. I love to explore and learn about almost any topic – as well as kick back and enjoy a nice bottle of wine or beer (dark preferred) and snuggle in for a quiet night at home.
My mind is restless and active, my interests include but are by no means limited to – art (graphic, fine and functional), science fiction/fantasy, writing (science fiction/fantasy/erotica), science, space, reading (almost anything), genetics, bioengineering, computers, video games (WoW, Portal, SWGemu some favorites), knitting, costuming, music, movies, theatre, cooking, and the occasional hockey game & lots of laughter.
So if you know of any local experiences I should have as a newcomer to the Triad let me know and perhaps we could share them!
