No matter how much one can write, the best way to get to know someone is spending time with them. I can be quiet/ shy at times, but a good listener. Sincere and honest, and expect the same. Mind playing is a waste of time. I enjoy intelligent conversations, (but not one who brags), and a sense of humor is a plus. I have two adult kids - both live with me.
Born/raised in IL, lived many years in one of the Caribbean islands. Moved to south FL a little over a year ago.
Some say I have a slight accent, others don't. Curious? You be the judge. I enjoy volleyball, tennis, walking, especially along the beach. Can dress up for an important occasion, or feel comfortable in jeans/T-shirt. I like Latin music, but not a very good dancer.
What do I look for? An honest, sincere gentleman, who knows how to treat and respect a woman, one that can love and be loved. Not looking to change him, but become better individuals together.
Good communication, sincerity, honesty...few things that compose a long-lasting relationship. With my share of heartaches, (and learned from them), it would be nice to find that happiness, love, that partner for life... Anxious to see him after work, privileged to wake by his side in the morning, together in good/bad times...my companion, lover, best friend. Could that...be you?
