I enjoying wandering in the mountains and desert, Always on foot or bicycle. Exploring distant unmapped lakes right here in our own state, Or mountain biking along the continental divide trail in the Colorado Rockies.
Of course I enjoy the "usual" activities as well. Dining out, the occasional movies or a night on the town.
