Growing up with three older brothers, my pursuits were a little out of the ordinary for a girl - comics, fantasy books and roleplaying games. Weird, huh? I would mention the ritual sacrifice and dancing naked round bonfires but suspect this would definitely give people the wrong impression... :D

I also freelance proofread and edit books, fitted round a return to further education afer a 20 year absence (eek!) and am currently in my second year of a MA focusing on history.
