I try to see the inner beauty in most. Money is not a significant issue...but it would be nice to have a partner who can equally bring in the same level of income or more. I basically look at the work ethics and the admiration a person has. Just being honest. Someone who knows how to treat a lady. Their values and goals in life. One with compassion/passion goes a long way. I will think of some more attributes later.
