Thanks for checking out my profile : ) My name is Dawn and I have lived in Washington most of my life. I joined online dating because I thought it would be a fun way to meet people. I am often times shy when I first meet new people and then I start to open up. I can be pretty sarcastic and am always trying to make people laugh. My life is very fulfilling when it comes to work, friends, and family, but it seems that the only thing missing is that special person.

I enjoy getting out and doing things when I am not working. I recently joined a volleyball team and am loving it. My next goal is to try and get together a softball team with some co-workers.
I also like going to the movies, playing with my dogs and singing karaoke. I really enjoy being outdoors too. I like going camping, snowboarding, to the beach, parks, and pretty much doing anything on the water.

My friends and family are very important to me. I have a small family, so I feel it is even more important to stay close with them. I have a lot of friends at wortk, although I spend most my time with my close friends that I have known for years. Even though I am a very independant person, I think that I have the most fun when I am hanging out with my close friends.

As far as meeting someone, I would love to find a long term relationship. I want to eventually get married and start a family. I have met enough people in my past to know that I am ready to move onto something more serious. I am hoping to meet someone who is goal oriented and is going somewhere in life. I have worked very hard towards my education and career goals for the last several years and it would be nice to meet someone who has worked just as hard to create a successful life. I would love to find someone who makes me laugh. Having a good time is so important and I hope that I am lucky enough to find somebody fun to share my time with.
