I work very hard so when I have free time I tend to try to optimize it as well. I play basketball, soccer and ping pong. I play pool and bowl whenever I get a chance. Have even played tennis and badminton etc. in the past. I lift weights on occasion in addition to cardio. I l read a lot and really enjoy watching movies, and am usually down for anything from curling up on the couch with a great movie and some popcorn, to going out for a night on the town.
