Hello out there-thanks for stopping by.
I am a hard-working single mother, and this combination has put major limits on my free time. I work a bit more than full time, and I refuse to date someone I work with. Once in a blue moon. I like to go let my hair down at the bar, but I am there just to have fun with friends, and definitely NOT to meet a quality man.
So here I am, attempting another outlet to meet someone. I really don't want to jump into anything too quickly. I am just looking for some cool new people, and at the very least I might make some new friends, and there is nothing wrong with that. If I happen to come across someone who I am compatible with, and we both feel that spark and that connection, then maybe it will make sense to turn it into a relationship.
Let me tell you a little more about me. As I mentioned before, I am a proud mommy to the coolest 6-year-old boy around. We are a packaged deal, and at some point if you really want to win me over you're going to have to win him over too. Don't worry though-even though I am a single mom, other than that I don't have much baggage. It's always been just the two of us, so there isn't any unnecessary drama in my life. I am hard-working, independent, caring, compassionate, and funny. I have a very nurturing side, and I love to help people and make them feel good. I love to cook, and I miss having someone to cook for. Any man in my life is very well taken care of. I love to laugh, and I can find the humor in just about any situation, although I can be serious if the situation calls for it. I have some tattoos, but all of them are very tasteful and most can be covered easily. Oh, and moms seem to love me.
As for who I'm looking for-if I had to describe an ideal type, he would be a teddy bear who might look a little rough around the edges, but once you get to know him he has a heart of gold. I love a bigger man, but that's not that important, as personality will always win out over looks with me. He must have a job, or have some sort of direction he is going with his life. I'm not really a fan of laziness. He must have a good sense of humor, and by this I don't mean a stand-up comedian full of one-liners. I just want someone who doesn't take himself too seriously, and who can find the humor in everyday life. He should like and understand kids-if he has some of his own that would be great, but that's not required. He should be able to hold up his end of a great conversation, and have his own opinion about things.
I am looking for someone who doesn't have to go out every single night-I want someone who I can have fun doing anything with, and just enjoy their company. Oh, and last but not least, he MUST be a good kisser.
