I'm a Navy brat and have lived various places in the US including Virginia, Texas, Illinois, and Indiana. I love to listen to music, watch movies and have interesting discussions. I'm not an outdoor person, unfortunately, but I can appreciate the beauty of it. I'm pretty hip on pop culture though I'm not a slave to it. Angelina Jolie and Adele are two women I look up to and absolutely adore.
I haven't had many relationships but I'm firm in my beliefs. I want a man or woman who is strong and, even if we might not always agree, will respect my opinions like I'll respect theirs. Above all else I would absolutely love someone I could talk to, someone who will make me laugh, and someone who is able to put up with my quirkiness and slight addiction to the internet. I would love to be a housewife. I am a good cook, love trying out new recipes, and am pretty good with new foods and cleaning up.

I love too many books to name, but my absolute favorite two are "The History of Love" by Nicole Krauss and "Blood and Chocolate" by Annette Curtis Klause (please don't watch the mockery of a film adaptation, it's horrible). I also enjoy books by Kelley Armstrong and others. Shows I watch include Supernatural, Revolution, Sleepy Hollow, The Vampire Diaries, Nashville, and The Voice.
With music I tend to be rather eclectic. I enjoy many bands/musicians such as Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Nine Inch Nails, Tool, 30 Seconds To Mars, Britney Spears, Muse, Adele, Christina Perri, Matchbox 20, David Bowie, Florence + the Machine, Katy Perry, Flyleaf, Kelly Clarkson, Kidneythieves, KT Tunstall, Lady Gaga, Lifehouse, Miranda Lambert, The Weepies, and Say anything. My ultimate favorites are Eisley, Trespassers William, and This Day & Age, though.
I'm just as eclectic with my taste in movies as I am in music. I truly love films that touch me. Some of my favorites are Gia, Pieces of April, The Notebook (I know, I know), Underworld, Tomb Raider (both), Paranormal Activity (all), The Thing (the original), Bram Stoker's Dracula, Lars and the Real Girl , X-Men: First Class, Fish Tank, Deadgirl, Drive, Fight Club, Blue Valentine, Easy A, and Girl, Interrupted. Just know that list is only scratching the surface of my love for many, many films.
As for food? Obviously I love it. Duh. I like Italian foods and tend to stay away from very hot or spicy things. I like interesting salads and could eat chicken until the day I die.
