First and foremost I am a Christian who tries to follow the teaching of Jesus. I am a retired Baptist preacher,
I had to leave the pastoral ministry in January of 2005 because of the injuries suffered in a head-on collision
in which I received a spinal cord injury resulting in partial paralysis. I can walk for a short while with the help of a walker. My wife of 50 years died July 14th, 2007 just two weeks after we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. She is now in Paradise with the Lord and many friends and family. God has helped me through all this and I depend on Him every day for help in so many ways. I am so thankful for His being so near any time I call on him.
