I am a handyman, working for no one but my clients. My potential partner has to be someone who knows what she wants. Age is not a problem, but I don't go for someone way below my age. I personally prefer older woman. I have a daughter who's living with her mom. There's no baby mama drama in my situation. My potential partner can have 1-3 kids, is okay with me. Am a person who love kids, I am longing to have my own family. Yes! I am a family man kinder guy.
I do drink alcohol (occasionally), I used to smoke but not anymore. If a potential partner does smoke, well; one of us has to compromise.
