I am an outgoing, funny, friendly, generous, kind, loving person. I enjoy going to the movies, entertaining friends and family, cooking, listening to music, doing home improvements or just hanging out at home watching a game on TV. I'm an avid Red Sox fan, but also enjoy watching basketball and football. In some spare time, I enjoy crafts, music and goofing off with friends. I'm an east coast transplant (Connecticut if you're wondering), so I tend to talk about that a lot. I take a lot of pride in my work and put a lot into that. I'm not big into talking on the phone and prefer to email or meet in person. I have an eclectic view on the world, politics and religion and have developed a willingness to be open to new things.

I am pretty active in the church I attend (Unitarian Universalist). I sing in the choir, attend classes and help with almost every potluck/event there for coordinating the food. I also try to be involved in other community activities. I volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and try to do a few activities for the American Cancer Society each year.

I have what my friends call a sick and twisted sense of humor and am very sarcastic. My family is very important to me and I would do anything for them. That family also includes my close friends. I can be very protective of both friends and family. The only collections I have are Russian nesting dolls and Winnie the Pooh things...oh and the DVD and CD collections, but we all have those. I also have 2 dogs. Bosox (girl) and Yaz (boy) are both 6 and they are my babies.

I love movies (mostly comedy, some drama, musicals...not horror). I love going to pretty much any type of live theater. I currently have 4 nephews (8, 5, 3, 2) and a neice who was just born in early September, 2010. They all live back east as does most of my family. My mom is very important to me and lives near me in Mesa. I do spend a lot of time with her as she's my best friend.
