I'm an opera singer.But not the viking you're thinking of - I'm a soubrette soprano. It's my whole life, and why I'm far too busy to find someone. I've been studying music my whole life, and am currently in college majoring in it.

I'm a very open, giving person. I don't like to see people being treated unfairly, so I go out of my way to make sure it doesn't happen when I'm around. I truly enjoy helping other people, whether it's on a school assignment or giving them free voice lessons before a performance because they can't afford to hire a vocal coach.

I love fashion and, yes, that means I enjoy shopping. I always feel like I need more clothes, but I like to make a bit of a game out of it so the people I'm with have a good time too.

I enjoy writing as well and have won multiple contests with my poetry and short stories. I really just enjoy art of any kind, I believe in order to really appreciate it you need to understand all aspects of it.

I do photography and have taken a few couples engagement photos, along with senior photos.

I like to keep busy. Even if it's just going for a walk around the city, or going to the lake to play catch or ride bikes. I'm not the type of person who can sit still for a long time.

However, I really love cozy nights in just watching Netflix.

I love making fun of B-movies too :)

Honestly, I could write on here forever and you'll never know who I am or what I'm like until you talk to me.

I'm hyper and easily distracted, and I genuinely like everybody even when they do things I don't agree with.

Speaking of, I know it's legal but I can't stand marijuana. I don't like to be around it, and I don't like the smell - so if you smoke (anything) that's an automatic turn off. Drugs aren't all that okay with me, either.

Anyway, other than that I'm a really accepting person who just wants to get to know some people in my area! :)

I've never actually been on a real date. I've had 1 boyfriend and it only lasted about 3 months because I was so busy, and we were just both in different places with very different focuses.

There are a lot of things I've always wanted to try, but I guess I really want to see what it's like to spend a day in New York City. It's absolutely fascinating to me :) But really, my dad's always encouraged me to try new things, and that's what I like to do!

Tavoitteeni elämässäni on

I want to perform, more than anything in the world. I love that feeling you get when you walk onto a stage and everyone is watching you. That you're doing something only a few people have the capability of doing, and that not one of them have the credentials to really judge you. But realistically, I want to teach music history, vocal and opera technique, and choir at a university.

Oh gosh! I have a lot of ideas of fun :) As it's almost summer all I can think about it camping on the beach, swimming all day, and big bonfires in the evening :) Maybe going fishing early in the morning, and mudding later in the afternoon :)

Mitä etsit?

I want someone who can keep up with me intellectually, but isn't afraid to be silly with me in the middle of the store. Somebody who can handle my sarcasm without getting offended, and will be sarcastic right back. Who's patient when I'm having difficulty with someone, and who doesn't have a quick temper and can help to mellow me out a little bit. Someone to keep me motivated, and lets me do the same for them :) An equal.
